Confidential General Manager Opportunity

Compensation: up to $150,000 base salary + 40% bonus potential + equity

The Role:
As General Manager, you will be instrumental in implementing and championing standard operating procedures, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and driving consistent growth. This role will involve close work with ServiceTitan software, aiding in the transition to a consignment model. Success in this role will be measured by increased sales KPIs, enhanced brand awareness, and the professional development of departmental leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive branch revenue growth in the next 2 years, with the potential for further greenfield development.
- Foster accountability and efficiency by training and developing department leaders, especially in HVAC sales and service.
- Champion brand awareness efforts.
- Apply a “boots-to-the-ground” mentality, directly engaging with teams and ensuring high service standards.
- Implement ServiceTitan software processes to enhance operational efficiency and manage inventory through a new consignment model.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The role is open to experienced leaders from residential HVAC services (requirement) who understand the demands of growth and scalability in similar markets. The successful candidate will bring:
- A background as a General Manager or equivalent with proven P&L management and growth.
- A growth-oriented mindset capable of expanding the branch market through new opportunities.
- A hands-on approach, able to wear multiple hats and adapt to various tasks, including coaching and developing an emerging leadership team.
- Some sales acumen is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus; familiarity with inventory and sales processes is preferred.
Key Challenges:
